The residence is composed by six flats, three of which have got two rooms and the others with a single room. The two flats on the ground floor (one with single room and the other one composed by two rooms) are completely equipped for the staging of the people with handicaps. Each single flat is composed by a wide living-room with a kitchenette and a divan bed, and a bathroom with shower. Each one of the bigger flat has got furthermore a double room. Each single flat is equipped with television, kitchen units, iron, hair-dryer, washing-machine and all the linen. If required beds for children and child's high chair are available.
