Montą is a little rural district, particularly famous for its natural beauty, where you can admire the Rocks (Rocche), the woods, the vineyards and the chestnut copse; for its gastronomic specialities (the typical Roero's wines, the truffles, the chestnuts, the peaches, the hazelnuts and the honey, besides the typical Piedmontese cooking) and for the Sanctuary of Piloni. At the end, we cannot avoid to mention the famous "Ecomuseo Rocche del Roero", composed by five different thematic paths (Rocks, Truffles, Honey, Chestnut and Religious), walking through which you can enjoy the wonderful landscape and natural beauty.
